The Carroll County Children's Fund (CCCF) can help.

A non profit organization based in Westminster, Maryland, the CCCF was established in 1983 by Karl Green, M.D., a local pediatrician. Through innovative programs, partnerships and services, the CCCF gives area children with little or no health insurance access to the medical care they need to stay strong and healthy.
