How Can I Help?

The Carroll County Children’s Fund (CCCF) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization that depends entirely on the generosity of others to support our vital mission and services. Our most pressing needs include:

  • Board members – We are always looking for community members to serve on our board of directors. The board meets monthly, and individuals representing a variety of interests are needed, including parents, teachers, physicians and health care professionals, community leaders and others.
  • Physicians (especially dentists!) – The CCCF relies on a network of physicians and health care professionals to provide low-cost or free medical care to needy children.
  • Fundraising volunteers – Individuals are needed to assist with grant applications, donation solicitations and our annual fundraising event, The Carroll Culinary Experience.
  • Financial support – All contributions, regardless of size, play an important role in the health and well-being of Carroll County’s uninsured and underinsured children. Since the CCCF is a United Way charity, you may also donate through payroll deduction.
  • Event sponsors – Serving as an event sponsor at our annual The Carroll Culinary Experience fundraising event is a great way to support the CCCF.
